Terms and conditions

1. Please be informed that all transactions will be done online, we always do careful inspection to goods orders before delivery. We do not accept return or exchange.
2. All item price is not inclusive of delivery fee.
3. All stocks will be imported from by air. Therefore it will takes around 2~3 weeks to reach Malaysia. However sometimes there will be some delay from estimated time due to unforeseen circum stance reason when the stocks on the custom department. So please be patient, will inform u when it reaches our place.
4. Customer must double check the item list , wrong orders will not be refundable.
5. Please make your payment within 3 days and inform me after you had make your payment.
6. if the item is out of stock, we will 100% refund.
7. As for out of stock items, customers can choose to bring forward their balance to the next batch or refund fully.
